Speedbump

Many adjectives describe me-funny, adventurous, romantic, feisty. Above all there is only one way to describe this moment in my life–a young Candide–on the verge of a great discovery, trying to find the best of all possible worlds. I’m at a speed bump, which road do I take? I’m on a journey of self-discovery, one that will hopefully show me who I am destined to be. Until now I have lived my life without rules or guidelines, but by the will of my heart. Which direction is calling me now?

Give me the boot

Last week the doctor told me I have a stress fracture on my right ankle. I'm not supposed to move around and have to wear a ridiculously fashionable boot on my foot for about two weeks. I can start running after six weeks...so all I can say is... give me the boot.
